Short answer: Costco.com lists electronic bidet seats from TOTO, Brondell, Bio Bidet and Kohler, plus a few integrated smart toilets from Kohler and Brondell. The Costco pages we could load did not display a price, so we are not quoting any: check the live price and your delivery address on Costco.com. What we can confirm is the lineup, the model numbers (the TOTO Washlet KC2 is SW3024#01 or SW3023#01), the stated shipping and the return wording. If you would rather buy a seat or toilet direct, the table near the end compares the options.

Everything here comes from Costco.com, TOTO USA and HOROW pages checked on November 4, 2026. We haven’t tested any of these products hands-on. We earn a commission from HOROW (not from Costco or TOTO); that doesn’t change the facts below, which come from each company’s own pages.

What Costco.com lists

Costco’s Toilets & Bidets pages describe Kohler and TOTO as featured brands and group the bidet products under “Hygiene Bidets” and “Modern Bidets”. The category pages show names and star ratings, but in the content we could read, no price appeared next to any product. So the table below shows the product, not a price. Where a price would go it says “check Costco.com”.

A few notes on reading that list:

  • The Drake and C5 combination appears on its own Costco product page (item model MW7763084CEFGWS#01), but it did not show up in the category listings we read. That page still carried a Costco Direct Savings promotion marked “Valid 10/1/25 through 1/28/26”, an offer that has already ended, so treat the page as possibly stale and confirm the combination is still sold.
  • The lineup changes. What Costco.com shows can vary by location and stock, so treat this list as a snapshot from November 4, 2026.
  • Searches like “tankless toilet Costco” and “tall toilet Costco” can’t be answered from names alone. The Costco listings we read did not tell us tank type or bowl height for the Kohler and Brondell smart toilets, so open the product page and read the specifications. Costco also lists a “Border Elevated Quiet-close Toilet Seat Elongated” from Kohler, which is a plain seat rather than a bidet. For background on those two terms, see our guides on tankless vs tank smart toilets and ADA comfort-height toilets.

The Costco TOTO Washlet: which model is it?

This is the most common search, and the clearest thing to verify is the model number.

TOTO Washlet KC2 Electronic Bidet Seat with SoftClose LidSW3024#01 (elongated) and SW3023#01 (round)Heated SoftClose seat with three warmth settings; self-cleaning wand; warm-water spray with pulsating and oscillating options; three water temperatures and five pressure levels; warm-air dryer with three temperatures; side control panel

The KC2 matches TOTO’s own spec page. TOTO USA’s WASHLET KC2 page uses SKU SW3024, which is the same number Costco prints (SW3024#01, with the #01 being the Cotton White color code TOTO shows). TOTO’s page lists a gentle, aerated, oscillating warm-water spray, adjustable temperature, volume and pressure, three-setting warm-air drying, a heated seat with temperature control and a docking station for cleaning and installation.

For the other Costco seat, check the model number. The page prints T1SW2491#01 and the features above, but we could not find that number on TOTO USA’s pages, so we don’t claim which TOTO model line it corresponds to. Before you buy, compare the number on the Costco page with the number on TOTO’s spec page or in the manual. If you are choosing between TOTO models in general, our TOTO Washlet comparison covers the lineup.

TOTO says the KC2 is “Only available through online TOTO retailers”, so there is no TOTO-run store to compare against. Instead, TOTO’s page lists retailers and the prices they show. On November 4, 2026 those ranged from $338.59 to $674.00 for the SW3024 cotton white seat, and Costco was not one of the retailers listed. The chart below shows that spread. It is a TOTO-published list of other retailers’ prices, so it tells you how wide the market is, not what Costco charges.

Shipping, membership and warranty on Costco’s pages

Here is what the Costco TOTO pages actually say.

  • Shipping: “Standard shipping via UPS Ground is included in the quoted price.” Express shipping is by UPS and carries an extra fee quoted at checkout. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is available with an additional fee and extra transit time.
  • Online only: The KC2 page labels the product “Online Only”. That means the page is a Costco.com listing; it doesn’t tell you the price for non-members.
  • Membership: The TOTO pages we read didn’t state that you must be a member to order. They do talk about members, and the Drake page limits its Costco Direct Savings promotion to two redemptions per member. We could not confirm the rule for every product, so check the listing and checkout.
  • Installation: The Drake page says “Installation and package removal are not included” and that delivery is available within 50 miles of a Costco warehouse, with some exceptions. That is a toilet, not a seat, but it shows installation isn’t assumed.
  • Warranty: The KC2 page says “Warranty: Manufacturer One Year Limited” and refers you to the manufacturer for details.

Costco’s return wording

We couldn’t load Costco’s full return-policy page, so we can’t quote category rules for toilets, appliances or electronics. What the TOTO product page does say:

  • “Costco.com products can be returned to any of our more than 800 Costco warehouses worldwide.”
  • “Certain items are not available for return or refund or may have limitations on their eligibility for return or refund.”
  • A “risk-free 100% satisfaction guarantee on your membership and merchandise.”

Read together, that is generous on paper but leaves the details to a policy page. Before ordering an item you will plumb in, open Costco’s “View Costco’s Return Policy” link from the product page and read the line for that category. Also ask what condition the product must be in once installed: that is the question that matters most with a bidet seat.

Costco vs buying direct

“Direct” depends on the brand. TOTO’s USA site points you to retailers, so for TOTO the realistic comparison is Costco against other authorized sellers. HOROW sells on its own store, so we use it as the direct example.

HOROW’s pages disagree with each other on the return window. Its refund policy states 90 days from delivery for uninstalled products in original packaging, but another line on the same page treats items returned more than 30 days after delivery as non-returnable, and the B0403 product page says “Free 30 Days Return”. Email HOROW support to confirm the window for your model before you order.

If you want a non-Costco alternative

If the Costco selection or price check leaves you undecided, HOROW is the direct-to-consumer brand we cover most. We earn a commission from HOROW. Prices below are from horow.com on November 4, 2026.

Two caveats. The B0403 and B0503 seats are listed as designed for specific HOROW toilet models, so they are not universal replacement seats. Check the compatibility list on each page. And the warranty line on the B0403 page (one year) differs from the site banner (two years); the warranty page says two years applies to HOROW.com orders placed on or after October 24, 2025. For how a seat compares with a full smart toilet, see smart toilet vs bidet seat; for outage behavior, smart toilet power outage.

Questions to settle before you buy anywhere

  • Fit: Is your bowl round or elongated? Costco’s KC2 comes in both (SW3023 round, SW3024 elongated). Measure first.
  • Power and water: An electric seat needs an outlet near the toilet and a water supply tee. A smart toilet adds a tank or tankless design and a rough-in distance. See our rough-in guide.
  • Outage behavior: Check whether a smart toilet flushes during a power cut.
  • Medical use: If you are choosing a bidet for a health reason, ask your doctor.
  • Returns after installation: Confirm the policy once the product is installed, not just in the box.

How we checked

We read the Costco.com product pages for the TOTO KC2, the TOTO Washlet elongated seat and the TOTO Drake with C5 seat, and Costco’s Hygiene Bidets, Modern Toilets and Modern Bidets category pages, on November 4, 2026. Costco’s pages did not show prices in the content available to us, its customer-service return page could not be loaded, so we published no Costco price. We read TOTO USA’s KC2 page for the SKU and the retailer list, and HOROW’s product pages, refund policy and warranty page for the alternatives. This is a check of official pages, not hands-on testing. Prices, stock and policies change, so confirm on the seller’s page before you order.

Key takeaways

  • Costco.com's Toilets & Bidets pages list electronic bidet seats from TOTO (Washlet KC2 and a second Washlet elongated seat), Brondell, Bio Bidet and Kohler, plus Kohler and Brondell smart toilets (checked Nov 4, 2026).
  • The Costco TOTO Washlet KC2 page shows model numbers SW3024#01 and SW3023#01, the same SW3024 KC2 that TOTO USA lists, so you can match it to TOTO's own spec page.
  • The Costco pages we could load did not show a dollar price, so we list none. Check the live price on Costco.com. Standard UPS Ground shipping is stated as included in the quoted price.
  • Costco's product page says Costco.com items can be returned to any of its warehouses, with some items restricted, and lists a Manufacturer One Year Limited warranty on the KC2.
  • If you want a non-Costco alternative, HOROW sells a $99 non-electric bidet seat (B0400), electric seats at $289–$319 that fit HOROW toilets only, and smart toilets from $429 (T10), with a 2-year warranty on HOROW.com orders.

Frequently asked questions

Does Costco sell TOTO Washlet bidet seats?

Yes. Costco.com lists the TOTO Washlet KC2 Electronic Bidet Seat with SoftClose Lid (model SW3024#01 and SW3023#01) and a TOTO Washlet Elongated Bidet Seat with SoftClose Lid (item 1806250, model T1SW2491#01), checked November 4, 2026.

Does Costco sell smart toilets?

Costco.com's Toilets & Bidets pages list the Kohler Jaro One-Piece Elongated Smart Toilet Dual-flush and the Brondell Sutro Integrated Elongated Smart Bidet Toilet, and a TOTO Drake 2-piece toilet sold with a C5 Washlet seat. Check each listing for current availability.

Do you need a Costco membership to buy a bidet seat on Costco.com?

The TOTO pages we read do not state a membership requirement, but they do mention members and the membership counter. We could not confirm the rule for each listing, so check the product page and checkout.

Can you return a Costco bidet seat?

Costco's product page says Costco.com products can be returned to any of its more than 800 warehouses, and that certain items are not available for return or may have limits. Read Costco's full return policy for your item before you order.

Is a Costco TOTO Washlet the same as one from TOTO?

The KC2 matches by model number: Costco lists SW3024#01 and SW3023#01, and TOTO USA lists the WASHLET KC2 as SKU SW3024. For other Costco listings, compare the model number with TOTO's spec page rather than assuming.
